New Horizons Main Campus
New Horizons Main Campus is a location of New Horizons at 15725 Parthenia St., North Hills, CA 91343.
Administrative office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Designated parking is located at 8726 Haskell Avenue north of Parthenia.
Services from New Horizons
- Go4Grocery: A 10-week course with four sessions weekly. Adult training runs Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and student sessions occur in the afternoon.
- Youth Navigation Center (YNC): 10- to 12-week program delivered through virtual, in-person, or hybrid classes.
- Camp CapAbility: Four-week summer session held July 6–31, 2026.
- Southern California Youth Leadership Forum (SoCal YLF): Runs August 3–7, 2026, on-site at CSUN.

- Pathways: A one-year program where participants spend two days a week in community-based work training (4:1 trainee-to-staff ratio) and attend a one-hour weekly Job Club.
