Services from CLARE MATRIX
- Opioid Treatment Program: Clinic business hours are Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Medication dispensing occurs Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and weekends/holidays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment: Partial Hospitalization runs 5 days per week, 6 hours per day. Intensive Outpatient operates 3 to 5 days per week up to 3 hours per day, with day and evening options.
- Detoxification and Residential Treatment
- Youth Prevention and Opioid Safety
- Admissions and 24-Hour Call Center: Phone assistance is available 24 hours a day. The Santa Monica Admissions Office is open Monday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Sunday: Closed.
- Matrix Model Training and Certification: Training Institute office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
