SCYEA develops youth leadership and supports academic success for South Los Angeles youth. The program provides leadership councils, High School Organizing Chapters, academic counseling, tutoring, college prep workshops, college tours, wellness circles, youth mental health workshops, and summer Freedom Schools.

Center for Community Organizing (CCO)
The Center for Community Organizing trains community organizers and civic leaders through fellowships and The Organizing School. It provides instruction in social change theory, community organizing methods, civic leadership, and campaign strategy.
