- Domestic Violence and Family Law: Walk-in clinics operate at the Downtown LA (Toll) and Long Beach Courthouses on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–3 p.m., and at the Santa Monica Courthouse on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30–11:00 a.m. Domestic violence hotline hours are Fridays 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–3 p.m.
