Assigned social worker provides case management, a Needs & Services Plan, and advocacy for the placed youth.
Resource Family Home Visits
Social worker meets weekly in the home, then every other week after 30 days.
Resource Parent Coaching
Trauma Informed Care parenting techniques, child care strategies and problem solving.
After-Hours Support
Social worker can be reached after hours for emergency services.
Respite Care
Respite care for Resource Families for up to 72 hours as needed.
