Independent Living Skills (ILS)
Instruction and support for a safe, healthy home, financial guidance, advocacy, accessing resources and building social networks; provided in the person's home or community.
Eligibility: Adults with intellectual disability, autism, seizure disorder, cerebral palsy, physical challenges, traumatic brain injury, and mental illness; most referred through regional center.
Application: Contact the LA or OC office by email; most people are referred through their regional center.
Fees: Those ineligible for regional center services may privately fund services.
Supported Living Services (SLS)
Incorporates ILS on a grander scale plus general safety supervision, adaptive equipment support, and a 24-hour emergency response system.
Supported Day (LA only)
Instruction and support for people who cannot benefit from traditional day programs or need specially trained staff.
Tailored Day Services
Instruction and support toward volunteer opportunities, post-secondary education or employment.
Parenting Support (OC only)
Instruction and support for individuals with children or preparing to have children.
Competency
Mandated instruction for individuals involved in legal proceedings.
Social Programs
Socials generally at least once a week, open to anyone receiving Creative Support services.
